About Us

Portable Storage

Where you want it – when you need it – on your property, just out your door.
Our ground level storage containers and dock high storage trailers allow our customers greater flexibility in the way they conduct their business, by creating extra enclosed storage without taking up space in a warehouse.

Why are we different?

On this website you will find something you won’t find on our competitor’s websites, our prices! We do this because all our customers enjoy the same low price and we believe honesty and “up front” pricing allow our products to sell themselves. That’s it.  Simple.  No hidden fees or costs.

If you are in the greater Boston area: $225 for a container. $400 for a storage van.

How long does my rental need to be for?

A minimum of 3 months – the rest is up to you…

How soon can my storage unit be delivered?

Once you have returned your signed lease agreement, we can schedule a date that works for you.

What do I do when I no longer need the container?

Call us or email to schedule a pickup

Where Can I Keep My Container?

You can keep your container anywhere there’s a firm, relatively flat surface. Containers are commonly placed on grass, dirt, asphalt, gravel and concrete.

What if I need multiple containers?

Let us know! We offer bulk pricing.

Do Shipping Containers Require Maintenance?

They require very little maintenance, which is one of the reasons that they are so great. You may need to touch up the paint from time to time, and oil the door hinges, but for the most part they are very, very low maintenance.

Can I put anything inside the container?

You should not store contaminated, explosive, flammable, hazardous, illegal or toxic items.

How Old is a Used Container?

Used containers are usually about 10 years old, but with a new paint job they can be in like new condition. While 10 years old may seem like a long time, containers can last up to 60 years or more.

Can I do a rent to own lease?

No. Sorry. We do not sell our containers.

How Much Room is Needed for Delivery – need to confirm this still?

40′ of space is needed for a tilt bed truck, and 60′ of space for roll off trucks. You will need 10′ of width to fit the truck and 13’6″ of height clearance and up to 16′ where the container will be tilted off the truck.

You will be emailed an invoice monthly on your rental date. Your first invoice will include first month rent and pickup/delivery charge.   You can pay online with a credit card or mail a check each month.

Do I Need to Do Any Site Preparation for Delivery?

You just need to make sure that there is clearance for the delivery truck and that there is a dry, firm and flat surface to keep the container.
